3. Eligibility
To use Remindly, you must:
Be at least 18 years old
Have an Instagram Business or Creator account
Have the authority to connect your Instagram account to third-party services
Comply with Instagram's Terms of Use and Community Guidelines
4. Account Registration
You are responsible for:
Providing accurate account information
Maintaining the security of your login credentials
All activity that occurs under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
5. Instagram Integration
By connecting your Instagram account to Remindly:
You authorize us to access your Instagram Business account data as described in our Privacy Policy
You confirm you have the right to grant this access
You understand we act as a tool to help you manage your own conversations
You remain responsible for the content of messages you send
6. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use Remindly to:
Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk automated messages
Violate Instagram's Terms of Use or Community Guidelines
Harass, abuse, or harm others
Engage in illegal activities
Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
Interfere with or disrupt our Service
7. Your Content and Data
You retain ownership of your data and content
You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service
We do not claim ownership of your Instagram messages or customer data
You are responsible for the content you send through our platform
8. Payment and Subscription
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
We may change pricing with 30 days notice
Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account
9. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice
Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible

Remindly and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Remindly

We are not responsible for Instagram's availability, terms, or policies
Changes to Instagram's API may affect our Service functionality

12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Remindly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
We are not responsible for lost sales, missed messages, or business losses
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Remindly harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
Your use of the Service

Content you send through our platform
14. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately
We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy

16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Denmark.
